I originally thought that was an old fountain, but it’s actually a work of art: An artificial ruin. It was modeled after the ancient Vespasian and Titus temple in Rome. This work of art is located in the palace garden in Schönbrunn, Vienna and was built around 1778, when Maria Theresia ruled the Austrian-Hungarian empire. The photo is composition of three shots from my Nikon D7000 [Amazon Link]. I combined the three photos using Photomatix [Homepage Link] to create the HDR.
