An imposing Capricon
Photographing animals without a disturbing fence is simply a stunning experience. At the animal park Ernstbrunn [Animal Park Homepage] in Lower Austria you can get quite close to them. Some of the huge corrals are accessible to small groups of visitors. And sometimes the animals get curious, stop, “pose” or even come closer.
The animal park Ernstbrunn is also a research station for endemic wolves and home to capricorns, deers, elks, moufflons, wild boars, rackas and goats.
I made the Photo with a Sony Nex 7 mirror less camera [Amazon Link] and applied additional foreground sharpness and blurred the background with Apple Aperture [Mac App Store Link]. Finally I reduced noise with Topaz Labs Denoise [Topaz Homepage].
